US delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 have a flat $9.95 delivery charge. We deliver to every state in the USA, and no sales tax is added at checkout.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days. Including that handling time, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days from the date you place the order, using a tracked carrier. Grow tents and larger systems to remote areas can take a few days longer.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
Damaged in transit
If a box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us the same day. We will replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
